I’m on call this week so that means no gym. That does not mean that I’m going to skip working out. I have started a 100 push up challenge. Who am I challenging? Myself.
The Zen Labs app does not ask you to do 100 push ups right away. It is designed to build you up to doing 100 push ups over an 8 week period. For example the first day is a total of 12 push ups. I could do those in less than a minute, but instead I followed the interval programming of the application. First day done with ease.
