Friday Workout

The Friday Workout is a mix of the things I didn’t get done earlier in the week. I’ve called it my Makeup Workout, but really it stands on its own as what happens on Friday. Today was a good overall mix of upper and lower body. 

The one odd thing was the Grandma that stated as I pushed the 320lbs of the leg press. I glanced at her and was thinking, “Yeah, I moving almost the entire stack, but do you really have to stare a hole through me?” It was one of those stares when you can feel a person looking at you. I just kept it moving, then hit the treadmill.
