Do I have a hometown? I was born in a place where I did not grow up and I live in a place currently where I was not born or grew up. Where do I belong? How do people in the military address this?

At one time I claimed a place where I lived as my hometown. It was where I was happy to live. Now, not so much. Therefore I am nomadic mentally. That’s not a good feeling. Every man needs an area to call their place of homage. It only feels natural. Not everyone wants to be a drifter.
