Wow. Time Warner Cable sent me another bill. I thought this was taken care of. I had to make another call.
The answering rep reviews my account. I tell him that I don’t have any equipment to turn in, therefore the charges should be removed. He tells me the charges are for service from the first of the month until I cancelled service. Mistake. I let him know I cancelled service before my last bill was due. He checks my records and verifies what I told him. The charges are rescinded again.
I hope this is the last time I have to deal with this. Time Warner Cable is starting to feel like a piece of malware.
