Dude comes to my desk during my lunch break asking why did I cancel his incident. I give him some side eye, after I have to stop enjoying First Take. I tell him I didn’t cancel his incident, I responded and I forwarded it to another team. It’s not even our app. Heck, his problem is with a third party app for a third party app that the third party says to contact the sender as they don’t provide support for third-party apps that want to work with their third party app.

He’s all like who’s on that team. I drop a name and go back to trying to enjoy my last bit of lunch.

If I didn’t need this job, today might have been my last day with a security escort to boot.

This is why service desk personnel like to be in an area that can’t be easily found by regular folk.
