Night and Day

Basking in the evening
sun, I think of my
love for only one.

I wonder if she is
alright while the sun
shines on me ever
so bright.

Now as the sun lowers
its face I dream of
caressing her beautiful
face.

The full moon has now
arrived. Of her love I
wish not to be deprived.

Now I lay in bewilderment.
Is our love truly mint?

I now plunder under the
sculptured moon. My
love can not come home
to soon.
