A life lived well to me is one that after you are gone you have left a legacy that lives on. I want to be more than just a headstone or a memory. I want to be a positive influence that lives on in the way people live as they have learned from me. I want people to be able to tell my future children that they remind them of their father and that it’s an awesome thing. A legacy that lives on beyond that dirt that will cover my coffin is one factor that will determine my success.
The second factor and the most important factor that will determine my success is will I hear “well done.” As long as I hear “well done” when I enter Heaven every thing endured here on Earth will be worth it. It will be the ultimate success and validate a life well lived.
